    Live Blackjack - Game Overview

Compete against a live dealer for a chance of winning at Live Blackjack.

Discover two exciting side bets, Perfect Pairs and 21+3, while trying to form the best hand possible.

The aim of the game is to achieve a hand closer in value to 21 than the dealer, without 'busting'.

    How to Play

Up to seven players can participate at a time, but you will only ever compete against the dealer.

This game is played with eight standard 52-card decks.

When the betting time is up, all players will be dealt one card face-up, followed by the dealer.

Players will then be dealt a second card each, also face-up, ending with the dealer, whose second card will be dealt face-down.

The sum of your first two cards will be displayed next to your hand.

    Card Values

In Live Blackjack, cards are worth the following values:

    • Cards two to 10 - all worth their face value
    • Face cards - worth 10 each
    • Ace - worth one or 11, whichever is more favorable to your hand

    Blackjack

Blackjack is the best hand possible.

It is awarded when your initial hand equals 21 exactly.

    Bet Options

Blackjack games offer three standard betting options, all of which are available in this game:

    • Insurance - you can only purchase insurance if the dealer's first two cards contains an Ace
    • Double Down - allows you to double your original bet, but you can only receive one more card henceforth
    • Split -  if your first two cards are of equal value, you can split them into two separate hands

    Side Bets

The two optional side bets featured in this game are Perfect Pairs and 21+3.

    Return to Player

The optimal theoretical payout percentage is:

    Blackjack - 99.28%

    Perfect Pairs Bet - 95.90%

    21+3 Bet - 96.30%

The expected return is the amount we pay out to players relative to the amount of wagering on the game.

For example, if we take $100 of wagers we will, on average pay out $99.28 of wins in Blackjack, $95.90 on Perfect Pairs bets, and $96.30 on 21+3 bets.
